Stamps are custom products made to your design, so payments are not refunded once production has started. If you want changes to your stamp and there is no defect or error on our side, send it back to us and you only pay the cost of the modification.
Contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product. If there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our side, we will modify the stamp at our own cost, at no charge to you. This does not include a refund. Full details are in our Return & Exchange Policy.
